This program in under "Update Your Existing Skill -Career Upgrade as per local government". These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your enrollment with our institute. Please read them carefully before registering for our courses.
4. Registration and Payment
To enroll in one of our courses, you must visit our website and select the course you wish to attend. We require personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email, previous education history, and work experience to get to know you better before training begins. We respect your privacy and comply with Canadian privacy laws.
Payment for courses can be made using our online payment system or check or credit card to etransfer. Please note that the local government/ Alberta Government allows us to charge under 1k for our courses. Infact, the price of our courses are 1k and less than $1000.00 as per the government rule. Occasionally, we combine more than two modules and offer them as a package for a price of $1,500 to $above, for example $2,500 or $3,500 or $7,500 etc. Please be advised that the price of $1,000 and above is for a combination of more than two modules, and time frame is longer as well, which we treat as individual prices (because of the combinations of couples of individual training courses) even though the cost exceeds $1,000. This approach protects us from any liability.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials provided by Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center are copyrighted and are the property of our institute. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any course materials provided to you without our prior written consent. We take intellectual property seriously, and we expect our students to do the same.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our courses within 3 days of the course start date. If you are not satisfied with our course, you can contact us at info@digitalmarketinginstitute.ca within three days of the course start date, and we will refund your payment.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services, the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are committed to providing quality training, but we cannot guarantee that our courses will meet all of your expectations.

Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in a course for any reason, including, but not limited to, non-payment of fees or violation of our policies and procedures.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. You should review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
12. Force Majeure
Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
